Deactivating Unwanted Thoughts: Shift your focus to your Desires
We explore the concept that our beliefs are active vibrations shaping our experiences. When there's an active vibration about something we don't want, it interferes with the signal of what we do want. To deactivate those unwanted thoughts, we must shift our focus to what we genuinely desire. The Law of Attraction responds to the dominant vibrations we emit, which means it keeps delivering more of what we focus on—both the wanted and the unwanted.
