Position Overview

Darieth Chisolm and JumpFly Media Inc are looking to hire someone who can help us more effectively build client and community relationships and provide content, resources and support to the people we serve. We are building a strong organization and team of dedicated believers that will help us achieve our company mission. That mission is to help more people learn how to use their story to build their influence, impact and income. We provide executive coaching that challenges societal constraints, an empowering community, and strategic, wealth-building
education.

We believe we should all be Six Figure Storytellers, and we've got exciting new projects in the works...so many... that we need a hand to get them all done.

Role, Responsibilities, Results, and Requirements

 

Role:

We need you to help to create and step into the customer support systems we have in place and bring your own special brand of genius. We are counting on you to bring your strong communication and organizational skills to our clients, future clients and team. How can you build upon what we’ve started and help us communicate with and support our clients better? Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures. You will engage with current clients, deliver valuable content and resources and be involved in our Facebook and Social Media Communities and Platforms fielding and answering questions. You will work closely with Darieth and other team members to help us care for our clients and community. This role is also responsible for supporting the overall vision of Darieth and our company by driving the operational vision of our organization. This is a strategic role that is heavily involved with the implementation of our communications cadence, targeted interactions, operational systems, including finance, legal, and system.

 

Responsibilities:

● Reinforce the mission and vision with our team so that we make certain that we are moving towards our long-term outcomes.

● Work with the team to reinforce the company tenets so that they are used in decision-making in all departments.

● Oversee all technical systems and advise when necessary.

● Manage customer support functions.

● Anticipate, identify, prevent and resolve conflicts as they arise.

● Support Darieth in executing her vision and growing the business.

● Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our support channels, in line with our company values.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Following established processes to track and respond to client needs and help clients use specific features
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions and guide product users through features and functionalities in a timely manner.
  • Answer all emails, daily. Inbox “0” at the end of every day.
    Annotate accounts as needed
  • Check and return voicemails
  • Answer all assigned emails, including FAQ submissions.
  • Call clients as needed and directed.
  • Submit refund requests to supervisor for review
  • Send a Quality Survey to each caller, or for each email received
  • Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms, by established process.
  • Manage conversations and inquiries online in Facebook page and in Direct Messaging.

Requirements:

● High-level communication skills.

● Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team.

● Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of Darieth, work as a sounding board for Darieth and team members.

● Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.

● Highly developed self-awareness and leadership skills.

● Ability to assess company based on data

● You will work to decrease the pressure for the CEO and be her barrier.

● 2+ years experience in client and/or customer care.

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively present information to all levels in the organization.

● Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload of self and others.

● Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills.

● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.

● Knowledge of project management principles & practices.

● Ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure.

● Operate in a fast moving environment and adhering to deadlines while producing high quality work each and every time.

● Be able to work autonomously and stay focused on the job at hand.

● Understand the big picture of each project and the company, but also be able to drill deep into each project to establish what needs to be done and when.

● Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.

● Ability to handle, direct and provide straight-forward

Who You’ll Work With

This is a full-time role that reports directly to our CEO, Darieth Chisolm. You will also interact with all of our team members. Your main duties are outfacing communication with clients and potential clients, onboarding, support and community engagement.

We are looking for someone who has dreams of long term growth with JumpFLY Media Inc. This is a remote, work-from-home position with possible occasional travel. This position will also require flexibility including working some occasional evenings and weekends. We run several live events per year that may require your in-person assistance.

 

This Position Is Not Right For You If You Are…

  • Someone who has a lot going on already and doesn't have the time and focus to really dive in.
  • Someone who isn't willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Someone who does not prefer to be front-facing in the business.
  • Someone who wants to be an entrepreneur and run their own business. You’ll have the freedom and flexibility to love what you do and be the best at your role, but if you want to run your own company in the near future—we are not for you.
  • Someone looking for a 9 to 5, Monday to Friday job. This is not for someone who lives for the weekends and hates Mondays. We’re a mission-driven company who, at the core, is about changing the lives and businesses of everyone who comes into contact with our company.
  • Sometimes you might have to work late, sometimes you may have to work a Saturday, sometimes you’ll get the afternoon off. If we have a project and work needs to get done, then we’re all hands on deck. If this doesn’t sound exciting, then this role and our organization is not for you.
